Probably the best NFS game in "recent" years. Getting it on sale is pretty much a no-brainer if you're into arcade racing games.
Very fun feeling of speed and general gameplay, good selection of cars, cool setting, and the day/night mechanic with earning money during the day and the high risk reputation gathering during the night was something that keeps you playing and having fun for a while.

A piece of art.

The overall story experience and the psyche of Senua is definitely in the foreground, compared to the gameplay here - but that allows it to tell a compelling story in just around 7-8 hours, with the only side objectives being the gathering of lorestones - but you'll be able to hear a lot about Norse mythology.
It has a lot of walking, which is okay for the most parts since the environments are visually stunning, and you'll usually have some narration playing, or Senua's inner voices to listen to. It only gets a bit tiresome when you realize you've missed a lorestone and have to backtrack a bit (although that's on me, since I think you can just go to the chapter select during an active save file to re-play sequences, and it lists how many stones you've gotten).
The acting is fantastic, and you can tell there was a lot of work put into making Senua's emotions portrayed to their fullest, the fears, doubts, anger, sadness - all joined by equally good voice acting and music. You can tell that Senua was the focus of the game, it's development and narrative. There is also no HUD throughout the game. It's very immersive.
Hellblade also has a variety of cool technical/gameplay elements. My favorites were the arcs that changed the world around you slightly when you looked/passed through them. The puzzles were fun in my opinion.
Overall, I'd really recommend getting this game in a sale - if you're into Norse mythology, psychological experiences or just good stories with excellent visuals, sound, and voice acting.

MONSTER HUNTER RISE: SUNBREAK HAS RUINED ME IN THE BEST WAY POSSIBLE. THIS EXPANSION IS JUST MONSTER HUNTER ON CRACK, AND I’M NOT OKAY.

First off: ELGADO OUTPOST?? HELLO?? Why is it so STYLISH? Everyone here looks like they walked out of a medieval Vogue magazine. Dame Fiorayne? Ma’am, please step on me. And the knights? They’re all so cool, I’d die for them and then thank them for the honor.

AND THE MONSTERS. MALZENOOOO. This elegant, vampire dragon lord is giving Dracula vibes in the BEST way possible. It's like Capcom took every cool thing imaginable and crammed it into one monster. Lunagaron? AN ICE WEREWOLF, excuse me??? And don’t even mention Garangolm—the giant mossy tank gorilla. They’re all insane, and fighting them feels like an anime boss rush.

New skills? SWITCH SKILL SWAP??? THEY GAVE ME THE ABILITY TO HOTSWAP WEAPONS MID-FIGHT AND LOOK COOL DOING IT?? WHO THOUGHT THIS WAS A GOOD IDEA? I am now doing PARKOUR ON THE REGULAR. And Silkbind moves? Absolute CHAOS. Every weapon feels brand-new again, and it’s like Christmas came early.

The endgame? ANOMALY INVESTIGATIONS. This system just said, “You thought you were good? LOL, here’s your death certificate.” Monsters hitting harder, getting new moves, and forcing me to rethink my life decisions. Addictive, punishing, perfect.

TL;DR: Sunbreak took my brain, set it on fire, and then had Malzeno elegantly step on the ashes. It’s bigger, better, and more unhinged in every possible way. 12/10, I’ll never recover.

(Disclaimer: I asked ChatGPT to write a "brainrot review" of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak, cause I never know what to really write in reviews - and honestly, this kinda hits what I think about it so here you go!)
