This is one of the BEST Animation tools out there. And its Completely free! All of it, "DLC" is also free completed with Steam Workshop Models are free. Of course this is not easy to use at first and you'll need practice just to use it. Thankfully Valve had enough BALLS to make a basic tutorial on how to use everything usefully.
