This game is a good time if you even mildly enjoy rhythm games. The art direction is great; the world moves to the beat... and while it is also just a perfect fit for its comic book artstyle; it also helps you keep track of the beat no matter where you are looking. I found with other rhythm games, I was too busy looking at a beat indicator to appreciate the visuals sometimes, but with the visuals being the beat indicator themselves I can fully enjoy the game.

The game's story is simple and funny; it's a great way to spend a weekend or two. Even though I have beat the game on gamepass, I wanted to own it to replay it because this is the type of game that you'll get the urge to pick up again after some time.

Xbox dissolving the studio behind this game was a mistake. They're also behind the Evil Within games which are also decent games. If talent and creativity like this gets rewarded with a layoff, then I guess we're doomed to half-baked sequels like Halo Infinite for the rest of our future.

Played Song of Storms and heard thunder. 10/10

Borderlands 2 is a great game, Borderlands is a great series, Gearbox is a good developer, and all of it doesn't deserve the review bombing. That being said, voicing your opinions on Twitter and such are much appreciated, please direct them towards 2K as well as they are the ones responsible for the Epic Games Store decision.

Valve should rip this game off the store. Do not buy this game, they haven't updated in about a year and it doesn't look like they'll be taking it off the shelf anytime soon.

Warframe is a great free to play that is like a shining light in this world today where free to play games can be extremely limiting with a plethora of unobtainable items. With the exception of special offers, tennogen (community-made) skins, etc... everything is obtainable, even the cosmetics due to being able to trade for platinum with other players by giving them rare items found in the game.

I heard of a story that the devlopers of the game once had a system that was fairly close to a "loot-box" or a "slot-machine" involving kubrow skins. They took the system out very shortly after because people were already spending an unhealthy amount of platinum on it. If that isn't a sign that the developers care about their players rather than making money, I don't know what is.

This game died before it even began; they're not updating it.

Update: Years later they started to update again... it's decent.
