its Farm Together, if you liked the first game then no reason you won't like this one, obviously EA at the mo so lots missing, (if that bothers you then go play the 1st one till this has been baked for bit longer).

This still holds true though stuff and features are being added all the time, The grind is real, but what a chill relaxing and dare i say very addicting grind as you build up your Farm

see the hate around for this game and say its on the whole unjustified, i've been playing this on the Xbox series X and today purchased the PC version, and fine generally the frame rate is better on my pc 4k with all settings set to highest with DLSS on. characters look better on pc, gameplay is excellent on both, a game that rewards you for not blasting through the story but just going off and exploring with your party. combat is awesome, sound is amazing through 5:1 system. love it.

Played the Prologue when it originally came out, though initially looks rough around the edges, (imagine a studio with money took this concept and what they could do with it). its a well thought out, time sink, there are periods particularly later on where you feel like nothing is happening, however exploration leads to some stunning Biomes, it's still in early access and very possible to clip through entire cliff faces. hopefully also means there is more to come. and the map will just keep on expanding. the possibilities are endless.

Ok I'm going to review this after the latest patch, which is chalk and cheese compared to the game pre-patched, where there were issues galore, the game is essentially Sid Meier's Pirates with just the ship side of things, there is a story that forces you down a path, and the difficulty level and also the game itself spikes and breaks wide open about halfway through. for a while the best thing to do is avoid combat, and work on picking up treasures and wrecks, to boost your ships powers. This has been helped hugely by the patch where all ships are available from the start, and augmentations can now be uninstalled to put on a new ship. selling aug's can be the best way to make easy money as they go for thousands later on. Best advice would be don't rush the story, doing the sandbox is most fun also. pick up missions at Taverns, these can level you up pretty quickly, Battles generally consist of tacking, running, using your powers then sending a broadside off when the opportunity arises, going toe to toe with anything is usually a very fast way to a watery grave.
Also sucks when out of nowhere a tentacle will do some serious damage without warning, (think this has been patched to help players with this). overall this is fun and 20 quid. and when you can pull in some other pirates to join in a 3 on 3 battle then this is actually pretty stirring stuff. Probably in the good not great category, and a sandbox mode to get rid of the story would help down the line. recommend this to anyone with a POTC itch they need to scratch.

Having played the original up till yesterday, was able to purchase re-reakoning rather cheaply so thought what the hell? i mainly went for this because it included all the paid for addons that you cannot even purchase any more anyway, I'm glad I did because yes re-reackoning is exactly the same game, but its also much more as well, the graphics were never bad but so now they just pop more as the graphics scale much better to my 1440p 32" monitor. There are more enemies, more loot, even the community chest in the first village has awesome gear, and Armour sets. Armour looks so much better as a result. Yes its still an MMO repurposed for single player, but i've had no bugs, gameplay is silky smooth, and yes plays as good and as bad as the original. fighting is awesome, and plenty of opportunity to "Role Play" your character, get it on sale go have a blast and just let the game take you as it will, may not be perfect, hey may not even be great but it is a blast.

just impossible, yes i'm playing on pro mode, you'll hit a great shot and 20 bad ones and you won't have a clue why, the stick thing just doesn't work, why the F$%K is my shot slow, tell me, there is just no consistency, i suppose its realistic in that you will fight with this the whole way round. have hit birdies, chip ins 40ft pts, and still ended up 17 - 20 over par for 2 rounds. and the better you do the more it then screws you over. you never once feel like you are in control.

First I must qualify this by stating I loved the original I played it to death and wanted a sequel so bad, and instantly signed up for the beta, which I played all 4 tutorial missions then left wanting to enjoy the full game experience, Some of the annoying things about this game were also in the original, having to hire mass numbers of Staff so that you could have the 3 you need to run a building, I'm sad to say though that certain parts of this are much much worse, this becomes apparent in the first mission after the 4 excellent tutorial missions are over, you are on a station circling LV-426 with Aliens infesting the biodome. you also have to research advanced Tourism to unlock the research lab (yes that's as weird as it sounds).
you are advised to build a mech, which infuriatingly despite building the transports, will not transport to the biodeck, also a solar storm knocked out the entire base, and despite putting all the buildings into repair mode it took over an hour for the fuzzies to repair most of the buildigs and some I just had to give up on.

at somepoint when i'd unlocked a few bulkheads, the UI stopped allowing me to select and place anything without trying 5 times.

they have removed some of the more adult humour and features, whilst i don't mind some of the race changes, the ai is now pretty terrible, this needs patching.

the biodeck although looks pretty is clunky to do any real terraforming on which was one of the great features of the original

I loved and still love the original, its still in there somewhere though the magic is missing currently

Just an awesome relaxing game, the one you probably don't realise you need in your life, and you will be amazed, factory building on a galactic scale, and your robot flying between planets is just awesome. play at your own speed, relax, slap yourself on the back for making a mind boggling conveyor belt mess just to get some coloured cubes, and enjoy the ride, so much content out there and for those that need it there is the dark spawn, options and configuration galore. then realise ramping up on a galactic scale is the only way to get your Dyson Sphere, which by the way is also visually configurable, build one like the Bat symbol, what it shine across the heavens.

Very good game, as most have said its like the next progression of Minecraft, however Minecraft with all the beasts & monsters active, their is no creative mode (yet) and there are several bosses you need to (level up) prepare for to progress to the next age - essentaily you are stone age viking however you can progress to bronze age etc. the game somehow uses very basic graphics to make a stunning open world experience, the weather effects are just sight to behold. I also love in a way RPGs could use more of, that you improve all your skills the more you use them, also remember this is still early access so there is more on the way, however this is also the most polished i've seen a Early Access game, over 1 million players now cannot be wrong, I'm currently playing Solo, though am looking forward myself to teaming up for adventures.
