Great expansion with bunch of new cool monsters, awesome weapons, improved gadgets and gizmos, and a truckload of great customization options for your personal monster hunting experience. Gameplay is still great and the endgame grind is quite fun. Overall more than worth the money, and if you like the base game, this is a must have.

Immensely atmospheric, written very well, and the gameplay aspects are a huge improvement over Sunless sea. Overall a very good game worth the money.

Also you get to bang a bat-person and a man made of clay...

Great combat, awesome destruction and dozens of different vehicles and weapons. Everything a good mech game really needs and then some.

Fun game, played the first one to death on PS3. Shame the publisher is a full on disgusting bag of human scum with their EGS exclusivity deals. REVIEW BOMBS HAPPEN FOR A REASON, RANDY.

Tracking software, historical revisionism, horrid DLC, developers being idiots.

Do not give these people money.

**EDIT 12.12.2018**

The port has improved massively. Fov is still an issue for me, but KB+M controls have improved dramatically, motion blur can be yeeted out the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ window like it should be.

TL;DR
The biggest regret of my life. Not because I paid loads of money for this a failure of a project, not because it was super hyped and delivered on none of the promises, but because I sincerely believed in this project for so long. I've never felt this cheated out of my money.

STORY TIME
I was one of the first few hundred or so to receive the game. I got my entry level pack when the pre-purchase was made available. Over the next year I kept upgrading my purchase until finally I would be in the first people to receive the game. I was so fu*king excited. I still remember all the craziness going on in pre-launch thread on the Eternal Crusade forum. Got my key and even though I knew the game wouldn't be what we were originally promised, but the start wasn't half bad. I got a good few matches in and my biggest gripe with the game was the lack of optimization and content, but that was to be expected from a pre-alpha release. For a while things seemed to improve. My PC back then wasn't very good, so I decided to stop playing, content that the game would keep improving, and return to the game later.

When I did return to the game a good few months later, it felt like nothing had changed. The game still ran quite horribly and the gameplay still felt oddly janky. So I decided to give it more time. Another few months passed, no noticable upgrades. So I decided to give it even more time. I forgot about the game. Next thing I notice the game is free to play on steam. Now, I didn't see this as a problem, as the game was always supposed to have a free to play mode, where random people could fill the ork hordes with cheap cannon fodder, making the ork faction have a population advance over most other factions, so yeah, I thought it was good. The game still felt really bad to play. It ran noticably better, and the gameplay had improved a bit, but it still wasn't what I had hoped. The multiplayer mode in Warhammer 40k: Space Marine was still massively better.

I returned to the game in early 2017, to find it still the same wasteland as it was before. There were more maps, factions, and overall content, but nowhere near as much as there shouldve been. Reading the forums I found out that the devs are in financial problems, and the cast behind the game has shrunk massively. At this point I gave up on the game. I was seriously happy that there was going to be a mmo 3rd person shooter rpg kind of game, like Planetside 2 but grimdark AF. I waited for this game since it was announced over FOUR FU*KING YEARS ago. It's still just a husk of a game once promised. It will never get better. DO NOT BUY.

My friend got this for me for no apparent reason. Just to spite him, I decided to play it. As a lover of the bigger German tanks (I love dem ammo racks), I kept the game on skip and pressed the Tiger I option every time it showed up. Ended up court martialed and sent to war.

11 potatos out of 5 tomatos.

TL;DR
Put my Howtitzer in a Tiger I
