Game was great from start to finish. Only bug I had was an occasional enemy boneling (? - small spawned skeleton enemies) would clip through the ground and/or be invisible but otherwise game was seemless. Story was interesting but game play is quite linear. Each area is pretty much the same with one core quest and ~3 sub-quests. The stone war was an emotional roller-coaster that I'm still not over!

A very short but relaxing and uniquely beautiful cinematic game about a girl trying to save her world. Not usually my style of game - I purchased after following Myriad on Facebook over the last couple of years of development - but I enjoyed the story and how it was told. At times funny although I don't think I was supposed to find it so: the character expressing a destroyed village as a motivating factor, for instance, genuinely made me laugh out loud although probably more due to how this was stated than anything else.

RoR2 transitions to 3D surprisingly well. Very fun.

Great game. Unfortunately now if you are in the Oceania region it appears you are combined with other servers resulting in latency issues. Still recommend though.

EDIT: Back to having an Oceanic server. Happy days.

IF sci-fi survival games are your thing then No Man's Sky could be right up your alley. It's a fairly generic survival game but it has consistently improved since release which says a lot to the dedication of the team that created it - most would probably have just given up and moved on after that.

UPDATED REVIEW AT BOTTOM. Recommended -->> Not Recommended.

Deployment is a fun, smooth, unique and fast-paced top-down shooter. Player base feels a bit low at the moment (but there is bots), matches for TDM and DM show a limit of 8 players but I've only ever gotten 4 max. Don't know if this is by design or not, but I figured if it says up to 8 it should get that high. The maps are quite small in TDM leading to camping by some players.

I've spent most of my time in DM and the map size is good for this free for all mode. I'm hopeful that if a server has 8 people in it then the maps will increase in size, but I haven't been in a match with 8 to know if this is the case.

UPDATED Review:

Whilst the game is fun, low player count leads to every match being played against Bots, even if you have friends to play with the group system sometimes breaks. Players have shared this information with Devs in their listed Discord with no response. Bugs from release that devs were aware of months ago haven't been commented on since or fixed. This leads to players being unable to unlock certain achievements/loadouts. Despite advertising Discord and Reddit as their communication/social channels, Devs haven't commented on player feedback or chat since the end of April (in Discord, but looking at their Reddit it looks just as dead)

The game looks and feels abandoned, which is genuinely a shame.
