This game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ awesome, it's a little underhyped due to having the same release window as Big games like Cyberpunk and Watchdogs Legion but I love this more than those AAA games

The demo was amazing can't wait to play the full game

Cons:
The whole online experience is a mess
Bugs here and there
Battlefront 2 style unlocking system (you need to pay a lot for customizations)
Xbox Live
People leaving in Escape and Horde mod (needs abandon penalty)

If you are buying it for the Cars DO NOT DO IT, the handling is terrible the first game was much better because it was focused on cars and street racing
otherwise it's a cool casual games if you want to drive other kinds of vehicles.

One of the best games out there to play with friends.

It's just a bad MGSVTPP Mod with terrible UI and no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Hint to what you shoud do in the game.
