Good game despite the usual launch hiccups

This game is an old school MMORPG which was released back in 2004, and got green lit on steam and released on this platform in 2016. The graphics have been similar since the game's first launch, there haven't been any major changes. If I were to talk about pros and cons of the game:

Pros:

• Amazing pvp system, pulls you right into it.
  
• Unique merchanting system
  
• Unique upgrade system
  
• Old school MMO atmosphere
  
• Active community

Cons:

• The game is very grindy, it's super difficult to reach level cap without having a paid subscription
  
• There are some broken quests but they aren't game breaking
  
• Lack of a proper anti-cheat software causing cheaters to take advantage of it very easily
  
• In game store to buy goods to benefit one's character during PvP (pay to win element). The store is called Power Up Store (PUS) and includes monthly subscriptions, potions and scrolls that increase your health, armor, attack and stats.
  
• Websites that buy and sell in-game money illegally
  
• Monthly subscription plans are more expensive than any other modern MMO on the market, convenient ones starting from $30/mo going up to $40/mo
  
• Lack of communication between the publisher and the developers, causing confusions and delays on some occasions

So in my opinion, the cons weigh out the pros and I ended up quitting the game after playing it for more than 3 months and spending over 800 hours and a ton of money. If you still want to play, it's completely up to you. I'm not saying that you won't enjoy the game, but the facts are out there.
