tl;dr Game is cute, can be played 1 handed (left or right) and doesn't overstay its welcome. Could maybe use a bit more replayability.

Littlewood is great. There is just enough to do each day that you always feel busy, and then the late game has enough QOL mechanics that it all feels really smooth, fun, and rewarding. The characters are archetypal for sure, but I think they are all really well written and unique. I wish I wouldn't have to play the whole thing again just to see what dialogue the other characters give upon marriage, but maybe that actually makes the one I chose more special in a way.

I wanted to say that, uniquely, this game can be played one-handed, on either side of the keyboard. Great for drinking a coffee and lazily getting some in-game chores done. With the left, play WASD + E + Shift + Ctlr or with the right hand, Arrow Keys + Enter + Shift + Ctrl. I prefer the left, but this could be useful accessibility information. It really speaks to the streamlined nature of the controls, though it does also mean that menuing through your inventory can be a pain, as there are no hotkeys.

All in all, would recommend! Great little game to run on a thin-client laptop. Glad I backed it on Kickstarter.
