Very short, and the optional collectables were a bit misleading. One required a puzzle I couldn't do so I thought I just needed a new ability, carried on and finished the game like a minute later without any warning. I guess the other collectables would have given me the ability needed?

Other than that was a very fun game, others have said a map would be helpful but that feels a bit counter to the idea that you're some monstrous blob sliding around a base looking for meat'n'DNA. Most of the time it felt nicely telegraphed where you needed to go next and there are plenty of one way systems that help tell you "this is the way to go".

I hope they build on the engine and use this as a proof of concept for a bigger Carrion game.

Awesome game, if you love getting lost in a Metroidvania pick this up. Art is great, music is nice, put together you get an interesting atmosphere that makes you want to go on and on.

It can be difficult at times, but it's been balanced nicely to the point I've been thinking "THIS IS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, BUT I WANT MOOOORE".

Also it costs nothing for a game you will be able to play for aaaages, honestly it feels like you're getting somwhere and then there's just more.
