Report a translation problem
This is not a wallhack. Select in the object highlighting options - exclude doors and windows or exclude all (like I did - the last screenshot in the material from the link). This will make it easier to spot the opponent between the boards. Highlighting objects only makes it difficult to see someone behind the curtain. In these buildings there are large gaps between the boards, gaps between doors and walls. In this match, you were most likely the one hiding behind the door. It shows - believe me. Besides, you were crouching still. You were an easy target. I used vision earlier and knew where you were. Maybe you will notice it in this material, and the video quality is lower here than on the monitor during the game. I also included screenshots of the graphic settings that give better image clarity.

Setting and locking the frames to 120 and frametime <10 also give an advantage.
