I guess I’m kind of the girl who sneaks into giant scary Pizzaplex ruins for the people she cares about. I’m small, but I’ve made it through more dark hallways and broken rides than most adults could handle… with a flashlight that definitely deserves a medal.

I love old gadgets, secret passages, and any place Roxy used to hang out. She always saw me—even when her eyes didn’t work anymore. She said I was a good kid, and I’ve been trying to live up to that ever since. I still think about her a lot when things get quiet. She was brave, and she made me feel brave too.
