All the people leaving negative reviews are either upset at something that happened quick literally 4 years ago, or just hate Activision Blizzard and have no one to vent to so they did it here.
The game is much better than it was towards the end of OW1. There are some balance issues still, and the ranked update system is mega cringe, but it's still insanely fun

I bought this game because of the youtubers playing it (Vannos, Mini, etc.).
I saved up all my money to purchase it... not worth it.

It gets very, and I mean very, boring if you play by yourself.
On the few servers (which aren't official) only one map and one gamemode is played.

If the game was free or maybe $4.99 then I would have kept it.
But $14.99?!?!??! I was hoping that the money spent would be equivalent to the fun I had. Not true.
I have gotten a refund on the game and will NOT be recommending this to anyone.
If you play alone, do not even THINK about buying it, I made that mistake.

Ideas to fix it:
-Official servers.
-Cheaper price
-Widen the hitbox for Reaping

I'm here to tell you all about the positions in Rocket League.

Striker:
You're job is to score goals and keep the ball on the opponents side.
But whatever you do, DON'T MISS A SHOT. You will be hated on until you want to uninstall.
If you score a goal, hope you don't have that one guy who spams "What A Save" after every goal. You will get hate.

MidField:
Most People don't even know that this is a position. You're job is to keep the ball from going too far back.
You want to try and set up your Strikers for goals.
Unfortunately, the second you miss an Ariel or any hit, you're going to get hate.
But it feels so good when you hit an Ariel. So keep calm and waste that boost.

Goalie/Keeper:
This is probably the most important positions in the game.
You're job is to keep the ball out of your net and to clear it up to your midfielders.
But be warned, the opponents, and sometimes your own team, will constantly run into you and get in your way.
Missing a Save results in a goal and your opponents getting real mad at you.
Oh, and don't be that guy who gets the best spawn and stays back. Just don't.
