Unfortunately I cannot recommend this game as a couch co-op multiplayer game based on my family's experience. While this is frequently associated with Hades, it is no where near as snappy, tightly designed, or stylish. Each level you complete results in a single path forward rather than a set of choices. At the end of each level you are given a set of choices in power ups and buffs, but the mechanics are cryptic and hard to understand, especially when there's a group trying to play. Because this screen pops up to choose an option at the end of every level, that slows down the pace of play considerably. Each person must take the time to read the options available and decide what they want given very little context of what those choices will do.

It's not a bad game, there's a lot here that makes it likely a great fit for someone else. The voice acting is pretty good from what we heard. The graphics are and style are on point for TMNT. There looks like there's some depth to the game too, so it's not just dumb mindless action.

I just can't recommend it for a mixed group of kids and adults looking for some quick beat em up fun.

Terraria is my favorite game of all time. tModLoader is how we extend that game with some truly wonderful mods.

Amazingly fun game to just pick up and play whenever. I keep coming back to it over the last year and can't wait for the 1.0 launch. The weapon modifiers you build up to make each weapon fun and unique, customizing them to your play style. Great purchase for anyone who's a fan of the genre.

Amazing! My 10 year old son and I have been playing this game for the last 4 hours and time has flown by. Every part of this is wonderful, exciting, and just plain fun! This is absolutely Game of the Year material and will forever be a unique gaming experience I'll never forget. Can't recommend it highly enough.

It's like No Man's Sky and Minecraft had a baby, but the baby was better than it's parents! Just played the demo and It's so comfortably like Minecraft that it felt natural and easy to pick up. It has enough of an "upgraded feel" that I could have imagined this is an early build of Minecraft 2.0. It's also thematically different with enough of a NMS feel to see the inspiration, but also enough of it's own thing thrown in. The graphics are already pretty damned good and they included a lot of really nice QoL touches that it felt like they really know how to make this a well polished game when it's complete. Easy day 1 buy.

I'm just a couple hours into the demo so I can't judge just how deep this game is, but so far it's been extremely fun! Excellent graphics for a rogue like, the party mechanic is done well, and equipment upgrades feel very meaningful and enjoyable! This will be a day one buy for me.

Without a doubt one of the most well crafted games I've ever played. Every bit of this is refined, balanced, and captures your attention for hours. The closest game to it I can think of would be Hades, but this game has the crafting and cult maintenance aspects that give it the edge for me. It's art style sets it apart and it's extremely dark and evil game play is sweetened brilliantly with just the right amount of saccharine cuteness. Amazing game!

Amazingly fun little crafting game. Feeling the Terraria vibes a bit here in the early game.
