Not really. Just looked at the cheevs and realized there isn't one for getting all bonus medals. So I'm actually more interested in it now knowing I don't have to pull out my effing hair trying to get them all.

It's a random background from the Steam Summer Sale 2013 card set. I think this is the Chivalry one if I'm not mistaken.
