This game can easily pull you in and although it keeps true to it's promise of no monsters, the feeling that something might just show up anyway, never leaves or lessens. Your mind pieces the story together, offering various possibilities - some dark, some not.

However, after everything...I'll say I don't feel the ending packed as much of a punch as the clues hinted. Never-the-less; Gone Home is a beautiful exploration game whose story isn't so far fetched -- and maybe that's why I felt the ending was lackluster.

So overall, I'd say an 8/10.
