I bought this game hoping for a breathtaking experience of what a city simulation builder should be.
I got into the game and was greeted with a very nice menu with some nice music to add a bit of atmosphere to the game which I liked but at times it got kind of annoying forcing me to turn the music of.
I got into the game and had a bunch of responibilites to do as expected from a city building game at first it took getting use to as i have not played many city builders in my time so if you are in the same situation i was you may struggle at getting to grips with the game at first which is frustrating because the first responibilities keep your city going if done, there is plenty of begginers guides on Youtube though and they should teach you within 10 minutes of how to get the basics of this game.


Once i got the basics of the game, i was enjoying it it had really good features like, bans, tax rises, even a smoking ban stuff like this can really help your city, i also like the in depth stats so like traffic and so on it the stats really show you enough to guide you on and know what you need to do when fixing a problem which is great!
The people, well the people that populate your city are well to say the least demanding which is expected when they have no power or water once they have the basics though it always seems they have something to complain about and create a problem out of nothing which can be anoying so you have to keep on top of your people.


Some things i would like to bring up, is the realism of the game i see a lot of people comparing this to Sim City, having never played Sim City i have heard of a lot of people that Skylines is the more advanced and realistic game which well benefit you depending what sort of player you are but anyway as i was saying the realism of the game!
I find it great i love stuff from rising water levels, to just traffic which brings me on to another point about this game that i found great, traffic has a purpose instead of just wandering around everyone you see in traffic is going somewhere which really add's to the realism of the game.

So the negatives, well like every game this game has it's negatives as well so let's get on to it.
Although a good game, it's negatives well aint really full on negatives but i would count them as coming across as negatives and they are!
Repitivnes, like every game it get's a bit boring and after a while i feel once you have made a few worlds and done everything on this which is achievable to do in a fast amount of time the game get's boring, but if you really like these sort of games then i can see you having a good time with this!

So should you buy this game?
YES! this game is currently retailing at £5.94 at G2A.Com so i mean you can not really go wrong with that i would pay more then that for this game so for it to be so cheap, it is really a must have!
