This game sucks! Well it's supposed to, if there's no sucking, then we can't grow strong and expand our empire! Hands down one of the biggest surprises ever, I really went into this game thinking it'd have nothing to it and I found myself just disappearing for a whole day and having so much fun. Especially with friends coming along! 10/10, there is no game like this.

The best builder/survival game in existence. Not a huge fan of their new in-game store, I feel like a lot of the stuff is WAY overpriced compared to what is actually offered to the player. But the game itself? My God is it good.. Nothing compares, nothing competes. You truly get to just disappear into a fantasy world that feels so immersive and really allows you to expand your empire on your own terms and if something is missing, the modding community has a solution.

Love it. Thousands of hours spread out through the other games too. 10/10. This is truly Warhammer coming to life. Needs a bit more support for MP, Turin is really holding the torch but it needs fuel from CA still. Singleplayer is a FANTASTIC experience, as is co-op. Every faction feels so unique and wonderful to play and you can just slug it out for hours on end and not lose steam, because of all the different factions you'll stumble into and various events you must deal with. I cannot recommend this game enough.

8 hours? 8 hours is all it took to convince me that this is the greatest game since Warcraft 3 in my lifetime. I am in love. This hits everything in my system. Nukes going off left and right, cluster bombs wiping out 50 nids and 3 teammates. Worth it. Running shot on ammo? Drop a supply pod on your friend's head so there's more for you. Whether you want a flamethrower, machine gun, rocket launcher or something entirely different, there's something for you to help you stomp the foes and spread democracy! Come join us! Sweat like an eagle!

As promised, if the matchmaking error was fixed I'd change my review and it seems to have been fixed! So here we go, clowns.

Payday 3 had quite the rollercoaster launch experience, which initially led me to share a negative review due to recurring matchmaking issues. However, it's worth noting that the game's stability has significantly improved since then. In fact, over the past couple of days, I've encountered matchmaking issues only once, even while playing with people from different parts of the world.

Let me dive into some of the fantastic aspects of Payday 3 that make it a substantial upgrade from its predecessor, Payday 2. The introduction of new physics adds a delightful layer of realism to the gameplay. Weapons have a satisfying and substantial feel to them, making every firefight an enjoyable experience. The inclusion of intriguing puzzles, such as pressure plates and a new lockpicking system, injects a rush of adrenaline into heists, especially when you're trying to avoid a patrolling guard just around the corner.

The game boasts a diverse range of maps, ranging from straightforward and accessible ones to complex stealth missions lasting over 30 minutes. It's refreshing to see that the enemies are not impervious tanks but react realistically to shots, prompting players to aim skillfully to conserve precious ammunition. Additionally, the return to a more serious tone enhances the overall immersion in the game world.

However, there are a few areas where Payday 3 could use some improvement. For instance, it's somewhat inconvenient that players need to restart the game to track their progress with firearms. Furthermore, levels are tied to specific challenges rather than allowing players to enjoy the game in their preferred style. While the initial arsenal of available weapons is somewhat limited, given Starbreeze's track record, it's reasonable to expect a steady stream of new firearms through future updates.

The parkour system could benefit from some refinement, as players often find themselves repeatedly falling off the same objects or encountering unexpected leaps through vents instead of smooth entry. Additionally, there appears to be an occasional issue with guards inexplicably converging on the room where hostages are held, although I anticipate these issues will be addressed in due course.

(Please make the shotgun more meaty up close though..)

In summary, I would rate Payday 3 at 8/10 clown masks, signifying a highly enjoyable experience.

Darktide is a revelation for co-op enthusiasts like myself. The variety of character classes is not only enjoyable but also keeps me coming back for more. Whether I'm wielding psychic powers as a Psyker, unleashing heavy firepower as a Veteran, or embracing melee mayhem as an Ogryn or Zealot, the choice is enthralling.

The game's dark and immersive environments are nothing short of breathtaking. From the grimy depths of the hive city to the eerie halls of various upper levels as we fight our way to the top, the atmospheric design is a testament to the developers' dedication. Dynamic boss fights and various events makes sure that no two runs ever truly feel the same.

The weapons in Darktide are a delight. The combat mechanics are responsive and satisfying, making every shot and swing feel impactful. Whether I'm unloading auto-fire into hordes of enemies or striking down foes with brutal melee attacks, the arsenal offers a wide range of options. And with the new overhaul to all the classes, we're seeing unique builds like never before, whether you're flinging ice shards at foes, stunning them with thunderous lightning or throwing various grenades, rocks or consecrated knives, there's something for everyone!

The customizable character progression, achieved through talent trees, adds a layer of strategy to the game. Experimenting with different talent combinations allows me to adapt to various challenges and enhances replayability, not to mention, allows teams that often play together to truly sync up their abilities for tougher runs.

However, I do miss the bond we had with the Vermintide crew. That really made each run feel special to me, where as with these, which is befitting of Warhammer 40k make no mistake, you truly do feel like you're just one in a million trying to do your duty for the Emperor. But a bit more personality between the characters wouldn't go amiss, in the long run. Alas, who can replicate Saltzpyre? All in all, 10/10 game with the new changes, highly recommend everyone to give it a shot and here's to many more maps, classes and weapons in the future!

Vermintide 2 has become my go-to game for epic co-op battles and unforgettable moments. The character classes are not just fun; they're addictive. Whether I'm burning enemies as the Bright Wizard, sniping with the Waystalker, or tanking as the Ironbreaker, the variety keeps me coming back for more.

The map design is a work of art. From Helmgart's streets to Athel Yenlui's forests, the detail is mesmerizing. Even after many hours, I'm still captivated by these locations, thanks to dynamic events that add to the excitement.

The weapons? Phenomenal. The satisfaction of each swing or spell is unbeatable. Whether I'm cleaving through Skaven or taking shots from afar, the weapon choices and customization options are a game-changer.

Talent trees add depth and let me fine-tune my hero. It's a dynamic way to adapt to new challenges and tailor my experience.

But what truly seals the deal is the exceptional voice acting and chemistry of the Ubersreik 5. Their banter and camaraderie make me feel like I'm part of the adventure, not just a player. Whether it's Bardin and Kruber's humor, Kerillian's snark, Sienna's energy, or Saltzpyre's stoicism, these characters are friends, not just allies in the fight against Skaven and Chaos.

In short, Vermintide 2 isn't just a game; it's an experience. If you love co-op action with heart, look no further. Vermintide 2 is the game you've been searching for. (Also super hyped for Sienna's new class that is dropping tomorrow as per writing this review!)
