Douglas MacArthur's death has resulted in a power vacuum that the federal government in D.C. has been powerless to stop. Several states have declared the government illegitimate and have either staked their own claim or have outright seceded from the union. The American people want no more bloodshed. Nobody wants to fight to save America.
