Early Access Review
When it comes to reviews never believe people who are 100% positive or negative. They are generally full of crap. Look for the middle ground.

Here is a no BS review.

  • Worth the $20? Yes you will get $20 worth of fun.

  • The concept? Awesome.

  • The implementation? Mediocre.

  • The updates? Few and far between. Never fixes real issues. Usually skins and false promises.

  • The hackers? Everywhere.

  • The feeling the first time you win a BR? Absolutely amazing.

You will enjoy the game, and develop a deep hatred for it at the same time.

I was genuinely excited about this game. I have been playing competitive shooters for 12 years and it takes a lot for me to be put-off by a game. This game takes the cake...

Terrible Game Summarized:

- Hackers in every game.
- Pay 2 Win Guns.
- No gun game, only camping.
- Large boring maps.

The hack most commonly used is an "ESP hack". It allows you to see targets through walls and auto-aims for the head when a player comes into view.

Royal Quest is incredibly enjoyable, but be prepared to loosen your purse strings.

Pro's:
- Satisfies the desire for an old-school grind MMORPG.
- Many skills and combos, great for PVE and PVP.
- Guild wars.
- Castle sieges.
- Challenging raid content.

Con's:
- Very Expensive Cash Shop (A few friends have spent >$5,000 on upgrades/equips on a geared max level character).
- P2W is the foundation of being good end game.
- Only two populated guilds.
- Player population is very low and dwindling.
- The DEV team does not engage or communicate with the player population.
- Patches are geared towards the cash shop, never game balance, updates, or fresh content.
- Extremely overpowered / underpowered classes.

To recapitulate this game was fun while it lasted, but is now far past its prime and not worth the monetary investment.
