This game is about Judgment, he is a detective in the red light district of Tokyo.
In the next game he is lost in Yokohama and promptly renames himself to Lost Judgment.

He is my favorite character in the dragon series.

He also has a funny sidekick named Carton

Having played the ps3 version, I can safely say that this is a great improvement. Better inputs and a higher framerate are always welcome, rotate cancel is gone so no more 75% combo for joseph I hope lol

Online can be a mixed bag though, so keep that in mind.
