Several issues since launch and the developers turns a blind eye. How can they have so much disregard for their own game!

Constant FPS drops, low usage of computer resources (poor optimization) and terrible netcode. It doesn't matter your PC, as long as it's in the requirements. The problem is in the engine.

They ask to open a ticket for these performance issues or any other problem in the game but they never answer.

A tweet from an Arc System Works employee: 'You guys would be so surprised how little the % of proper information we receive via the proper channels.
"You guys should already know the issues, others should have posted online already!" - Why aren't YOU filling the support ticket then?'
