i was opposed to try a poker roguelite since i dont like poker usually. but i love roguelites and thought ahh why not. im happy i did try it. actually a really good game

what an emotional rollercoaster <3

the first game that literally made me cry and just stare at the screen at times, mouth wide open... you really get attached to the characters since they are so well written. the atmosphere is really phenomenal and the soundtrack does fit in the scenery so much. and soo many details that make the world even more believable and living

1 of the must have played games of this generation

I have to add, that all bad reviews and kiddies in the forums crying "sharks are too strong and sharks are op and its so dark and i cant shoot them" are just bad players. same goes for the other section calling divers too strong. it will always be the same bad players blame the game. its no unbalanced at all. i win 90% of my games doesnt matter if playing shark or diver. you just need to teamplay, light hallways up ( as a diver) and communicate and attack together ( as a shark). everyone complaining about OP sharks or OP divers and it is too dark has not understand the game.

People complaining about this game (gameplay wise, sharks or divers too strong imbalanced , its too dark)
are the same people that complain about getting headshots in Counter Strike, complain about getting killed by a chopper in Battlefield and complain about jumping and meatshooting Scouts in Team Fortress 2. Those people are just bad players and instead of improving their gameplay or stop playing with strangers they make it the fault of the game. which it clearly isnt.

also funny to see that the people that do not recommend this game are not even sure why?! 1 says sharks are too strong too fast bullets too slow etc etc
next 1 says the exact opposite it is impossible to win against divers etc etc..
this already shows its just the players that like to complain instead of improving their skills.

feels like a mix in between dayz in singleplayer and some weird british robot horror. kinda strange but feels good.

i never thought this game would be so fun when i first saw the screenshots. but then i bought it myself and now im overwhelmed how much fun it could be to dig fight and explore with ur friends. really a very good game and its really worth the 10 bucks... BUY IT! :)

Edit: i wrote this Review back in the days before 1.1 releases.. The games just got even more awesome with all the free updates it received and it more than trippled its content. Anyone who likes sandbox games in the slightest or likes platformers like castlevania cant get away without this game.

Edit: ofc it got several updates after 1.1 and everyone of them was a blast and i played it so many times now. and even now updates are still coming like this glorious dont starve together crossover event.

btw since my initial purchase for me back in the days i bought the game like 5 or 6 times more for my friends and some people that just wanted to experience it. even without a discount its unbelievable how much content there is for a game of 10 dollars.
