Oblivion is the best Elder Scrolls game in the franchise, HOWEVER we not going to pretend Remastered should be priced at $50. I've played Classic World of Warcraft for years and cheaper... Does this game look great? Obviously we're in the big 2025 not 2006. After realizing he couldn't make another Skyrim remake for the Switch 2, I'm convinced Todd Howard turned to the only cash cow available to him; Oblivion after seeing how hyped people were for Skyblivion. There is no way Todd Howard isn't a Khajiit in human skin.

Anyways gotta get back to my play-through on Topher Barthalomew, major W from Bethesda to add Chicken Jockey as a playable class.

As a veteran MMO player the launch of new world with long queue times and inadequate amount of worlds isn't really a new issue. It's not fun to wait but is it what it is. Once in I enjoyed myself for many days, exploring what New World had to offer. Fun PVP and a refreshing perspective after coming after WoW Shadowlands disappointing first couple of months. After level 25 this game starts to take a nose dive as players begin to go into new zones. The zones are uninspiring with the lack of noticeably different environments, re-used mobs, and recycled quests. When it came to WPVP while leveling it was enjoyable, the level of skill expression is nice to see. My only issue with it was Faction Control Points at Forts, the fact a point can be captured in any zone by one player is horrible especially with how forts can reward lower taxes and increased experience.
Boring PVE content was bearable since I could have fun with PVP. Even that became too much for this game to deserve my time. Endgame content was so buggy with Ice Gauntlet lagging Wars which destroyed the world I was on since the other factions abused it. This game was not properly debugged and it showed. I've seen some people talk about server mergers as the hype around the game dies and I warn Amazon to look at the past. Warhammer Online's server mergers led to rampant faction unbalance and killed the game.
