Just don't get into this game if you don't want to either spend your entire life grinding or just throwing cash at it until you're competitively geared. Enhancement system is pure RNG on top of RNG on top of RNG... and so is the whole game, except the combat system which is absolutely incredible, the best in any mmrpg made so far, but the negatives far outweigh the positives, so just play another mmorpg that actually rewards players for being good, not for being lucky or wealthy.

OK, but is nice rpg IMHO. I play it just casually - doing quests, running around, enjoying the game for waht is it. I don't aim being the best pvp player in the game. Yes I would like to have top gear, but if I fail to do so... meh... BDO is 1 of 3 best MMOs on the market right now.

Just Grind and set a decent progression path. With afk and 2 hours of grind a day you can easily make a couple Bil a week, then just buy your shit. It took me over a year to come to that conclusion, ditch the rng enhancement if luck isn't on your side.

It was the exact opposite for me, I failed all of my pen roulettes after coming back, decided to still play for a while and just quit when I reached 2x 200 stacks without hitting a single pen

take breaks and come back they have boosted return rng luck i swear bruh, i just came back to see if i could tet a peice and enhance manos gear and all of them worked with little sacrifice
