After the merger, the game has become borderline unplayable, with spiked up cpu usage, and the fact i need to restart my game everytime they update MW2.5. If you don't already own this, don't bother buying it.

While I actively playing Overwatch, I can not safely recommend this game to anyone.
Putting aside the gross monetization of skins.

The entire reason they switched over to Overwatch 2 was for the campaign, and "Technical Enhancements" which we've yet to see any actual changes to the game to even remotely justify this swap as they claimed it would.

The campaign is now being repackaged to us at 20 dollars per 3 missions, which is a far cry from what we were originally going to recieve, especially since it's lacking the entire progression and customization system that the campaign was promised to have. This game is not worth getting into if you're new. You won't get anywhere with out spending a ton of money.

Update 1: This game was designed for 6v6, some heros like Ana were designed with this in mind. So her having an anti heal grenade and a sleep would work wonderfully back during Overwatch 1. They removed 1 tank and kept every ability that could possibly hinder a tanks
abilitys to actually play the game. Right now playing tank is not functionally possible, aswell as when supports can consistently out damage the characters intended to do damage. The game will not survive as it is in its current state. Players are leaving every day, and will likely only return once Matchmaking is fixed and once heros are reworked to work in a 5v5 environment. Alternatively they could simply just make it 6v6 again and literally all its problems gameplay wise would be fixed.

In the games current state, I can not recommend this game for anyone to purchase.
The Performance issues, and the crashing issues are still insanely abundant even after the update. Performance got better (Slightly), but the crashes have actually gotten worse, and by crashes I mean the game itself freezes and locking up till I have to relaunch it.
The game itself is fantastic, I'm very interested in the story, and the combat is fun.
The customization is good, and each character I've interacted with felt unique and real, it needed more time to cook for performance fixes.

I 100%'d this game.
I'll never do it again.
Unless they release another one.
I won't do the original.
I'd rather Killymself.

Elden Ring.

This game, is specifically what got me back into playing Soulsborne styled games.
It streamlines the mechanics, and makes it more open to others, which then makes them try out the other games. I love this game, and am only now writing this review that I have 100%'d the game.
I heavily recommend this to anyone who's interested in this style of game.

My only issue is that it reuses some bosses a ton.

I don't even own this game.
