I give it MATCH MAKING ERROR out of MATCH MAKING ERROR

Possibly the best FromSoft game I've played. It's a masterpiece on par with Elden Ring in its own way

The system shock remake does every single thing right while still remaining hyper faithful to the original. This game should be held high as an example to the AAA industry of what to do. I understand the game had a turbulent development that also took many years, but its obvious that Nightdive used that time to their advantage and have given us a polished diamond in a time where half finished and poorly optimized games are more and more the norm.
Nothing I can say will do the game justice. if you're after a great single player experience that doesn't hold your hand and is happy to punch you in the guts if you let your guard down, then buy it and see for yourself.

no issues throughout the beta but since launch the game is unplayable due to backend error. Fatshark have released a halfassed letter to the community but its 2 months 2 late. Fatshark has fallen from my grace and are on the level of blizzard for me now. I will never support another fatshark product again

I will be permanently removing this game from my library. ♥♥♥♥ the devs and ♥♥♥♥ this game. its trash, unenjoyable, repetitive, unbalanced... the game is a complete joke. I wasted 80 something dollars on this. the time spent in this game wasnt worth the money.

avoid this game like it a blight on humanity because thats exactly what it is. it looks fun, maybe its fun for the first few hours. thats about it. after that you will find yourself pointing out all the very in your face issues with the game. that will then turn to laughter as you realise this game was an expensive, out of season april fools joke. then that will turn to anger as you realise you wasted money and time on this when theres a hundred better games on steam at half the price

don't buy this game unless u like wasting money

an absolute waste of money. me and a friend decided to buy this a couple months back because it looked like it had potential. we were really wrong.
Before I go on I want to say that I actually do like desolate in a way. it has so much potential but falls short in every aspect. half of the games loot is useless and there is a small handful of actual weapons. combat is sluggish and takes time to get used to but in the end is still pretty ♥♥♥♥. and don't even get me started on the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dialogue. who in the hell wrote the dialogue for this game? someone that doesnt understand how to write a story or a character arch.
Also the advanced difficulty settings are stupid, at first it seemed like an interesting idea, pretty much configure the diffiulty in a way that makes it feel more challenging or less challenging depending on what you wanted and how good at the game u are. but even at the highest difficulty I could bring it too the game was still too simple, its the same thing over and over and over and over again. i mean i had reached max level before i was even half way through the main story line because i was doing all the side quests (which side quests basicaly lead to nothing besides giving u a rank up with the respective quest giver (engineer, biologist etc)

this game is ♥♥♥♥, complete garbage and a waste of money. another survival horror crafting game that everyone will forget about soon enough

For a game of it's age it is still good, Rarley do u find a good multiplayer mariokart style racing game for the PC. if u have friends who are interested in playing it with you then I recomend u get it. It has atleast 10-15 decent hours of single player content but the multiplayer is really where it shines. 8/10 very good
