Woke piece of crap displaying men as worse than women, supremacy of black race, interacial couple being a norm and so on. The only good thing is, it's gameplay and gunplay, but nevertheless New Order and Old Blood did it better. Overall you can play it, but not for the plot, but just for the shooting itself since plot is nothing but one big PSYOP.

Ain't bad but Zombie Army 4 is much better

Great. Those who gave this game negative reviews just for microtransactions are nuts. Don't get me wrong, it's very bad practice from rebelion but nevertheless game itself is good and much better than Trilogy.

Compared to SE4 it is sh*t. You can't even sneak up onto an enemy 'cause they see and hear you 1km away from them.

One of the best gaming experience in my entire life. Those who hate on this game are brain dead.

Good but loading door animations, needing ink ribbon to save a game in remake is poor decision. Also back tracking in this game is awful, but that's a fault of an original itself. Back in the 90's not having much of choice and teenagers I guess mostly playing this game after school having lots of time, no wonder they could put in the original much time and not get annoyed but that game design, since there wasn't anything else like this horror back then, plus the game itself in general is good but nevertheless has its flaws, not acceptable after years of newer games making better design choices than this classic; if you don't want to spend in this game 80 hours then you'd better use online guides when you are lost because running through entire mansion without installing no door animation modification is utter pain in the ass.

Good game, just poor design after many years of gaming industry existence. For those who think I am defending mainstream brain dead games you are completely wrong. But needles to say after years of games development based on trial and error there were laid out better designs of the games to challenge a player but not to make him exhausted and wanting to quit.

Those who defend this game's flaws are real emotionally attatched to this game what blinded completely their cognizance, making them behave like angry monkeys instead of having clear reasoning. Half Life was made 2 years later and wasn't filled with poor design and was straight forward most of the times in many cases of what you have to do instead of making everything hard for no apparent reason than just lengthening the game with running circles.

As a good example is Resident Evil 2 Remake which clearly is far superior to this game. Nevertheless I recommend playing it if you want to experience by hand Resident Evil series.
