This game is what college football fans have been waiting for, and it delivers to the highest degree.

You can feel the care that the developer has for the sport and the game. The intricacy is amazing. Everything in the game matters as it does in real life.

Your coaching staff build and cohesion matters. You can truly establish your coaching reputation, and pair that with like minded coordinators....you get rewarded with playcalling bonuses! The experience you gain each season goes into your coaches leveling and how you again want to shape your coach based on in offense/defene/recruiting/training and then badges that play off each other. Work with your coaches before each game to form a gameplan to stifle your opponents based on their stats/scouting and receive boosts to what you actually want to focus on before a game. You want a staff focused on training or recruiting? Both options are viable and can be used to build a team. The training in pre-season lets you catch up positions groups or grow young players to ensure your team is in top form going into the season.

All of these things, simple yet intricate when combined, processes that havent been all put together before until now.

The recruiting is one of the best parts of this game imo, it's intricate and your staff and everything matters (a theme) and who you schedule visits vs actually impacts it. Youre in a tight battle with a rival or in-conference school and play a home game vs them and win, you get a bonus on a visit! Something so straightforward yet not used in past NCAA games. You build a coaching staff centered around recruiting you can make waves quickly. And lastly, NIL is here, and NIL is done great with its boosters and goal incentive systems, as you use your money wisely to change the tides of battles or get that 1 favorite recruit that you want to show you care more than the other school or they just want to see the cash in general.

Lastly, this game has a developer that cares and wants to build a great game. Listens to and works with the community to make it the best experience possible. Constant updates from the get go. The passion shows in the games intricacies and the speed of improvements being implemented.

So many more great things I didn't touch on but it is truly an amazing all-around experience for any college football fan.
