Does this DLC:
Add to the strategic or tactical element of this game. No.
Add to the strategic depth to the factions. No.
Balance the game: No
Change the playstyle of each faction: slightly.
Add more units with interesting animations and modelling: Yes.
Add more magic with powerful effects: Yes.

If you want depth and strategy, ignore this DLC, or hell, ignore this whole game.
If you want units which you enjoy on the table top, or just like having a complete roster, then its your choice.

I've never beat this game, but at the same time, I'm too arrogant to decrease the difficulty, God save me.

I largely ignored this game due to me thinking this was an idle game, which is a genre I dislike, but after seeing a streamer play this, I bought it. The culmination of unlocks, impressive weapons, maps, characters, evolution of weapons, etc, make this a very enjoyable experience. For 3 dollars, this is one of, if not, the best cost-per-enjoyment games out there.

One of the most unique and fun games out there, and you should get it. Its harsh but satisfying to learn and conquer. And remember, its always okay to kill civilian bots.

Im genuinely too scared to finish this game. Takes too many diapers.

People who call this game historic has never seen Canada settle next to Kabul.

This game is not Interesting or Challenging, its Boring and Tedious.

Many of the random events in this game are a button press which gives you a buff, debuff, or both. Sometimes major sometimes not. You can control the type of events you get sometimes, but it doesnt make it any less boring.

Combat is boring. Its one step ahead of Sid Meier's Civ games at least. You move your army to the enemy army, then some code gets run which decides who wins. If you spend more money on your armies than the enemy, you win. Its as simple as that. Environment modifiers are a thing, which helps, but is still boring.

Controlling the lords within your realm is boring. They can do some wonky stuff, but i never felt amazed by it. An event pops up, you pick what happens, blah blah blah. Sometimes they got to war within your realm, but who cares.

Dlc is garbage. Half baked and expensive. Im still shocked that the Tours & Tournaments got a mostly positive steam reviews for how boring it is. These dlc cost more than half the game, and give you 2% extra content. Cool stuff. But this dlc policy exists because a group of whales cant control their c**ks.

Whatever. its meh. If it was max $60 Canadian, then it would be fine. But its going to be like $200+ in the future, so control your c**k and dont buy this game
