Positive:

-F2P
-Nice graphics
-Good sounds
-You can have a little fun when playing with it
-Challenging gameplay (mostly because the unbalanced monsters)

Negative:

-Very unbalanced monsters
-Unbalanced matchmaking
-Sh*t servers
-Bad party system ('Party is full' bug)
-The whole game is really buggy
-Only ONE(!!!) gamemode
-Just a few map
-The optimization is bad too
