This game is a lot of fun in multi-player. Where is shines most though is the story itself. Two thumbs up.

Slow paced, and while it has a plethora of systems, the game is overtly boring and far to grind intensive to be enjoyable.

I wanted to like this game. I've played the alphas, the Betas and now production....but I just can't. The endgame content is literally to farm chests. The PvP is substantially not impressive, lacks updates, has extremely limited content, and in general feels like a complete after thought of the DEVs. The fact that the only options for queued PvP play are 3 v 3 or OPR and that they do not have a persistent zone, astounds me. Such immense loss of potential. PvP should be meaningful!!!

The skills are sub-standard even when compared to MMORPGS of 10 plus years ago. The graphics are nice, the worlds okay. But in all this game disappointing on most major aspects.

The economy is a disaster. The PvE content is somewhat decent. it is something to play at best....

Early Access Review
For an early access, this game has huge potential. The world seed alone is rather breath taking!

The nautical adventure feels great and with future content hopefully being added will likely become a beloved aspect of the game. I would really like to see more PvE mob spawns, inclusive of more varieties, but my first time finding a Leviathan was amazing!

The ability to develop and change the landscape of the world has a great core system in place. A little more detail control of the given tools is needed yet, but overall I love whats there.

PvE content shows promise for a bright future. Mobs are a bit generic right now and can become repetitive ... but I hate the deathsquitos with a passion!

PvP needs a lot of work yet. Its clunky and I hope to see it develop more fully.

Early Access Review
Richly complex for an early access game.
Graphics and world development is rather impressive.
Immersion in the world and interaction with NPCs is excellent.
Combat is solid although in this early phase does have its quirks.
Integration with Steam is solid - 5/5
Integration with Google Stadia is heavily lacking - 2/5

This game's online mode is completely plagued with issues.
Loading screens can take 10 minutes or more (note that I have a solid PC and fiber internet so clearly it is game sided).
While the storyline is good, the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired. Quirky menus abound!
Visually, the game does look good, which is a plus.

Support, when issues arise, is bottom tier quality. RockStar defers to Steam, Steam defers to RockStar pitting the gamer in between the two.

2/10

Early Access Review
I have been following this game closely though the very early stages of development all the way to it's current state. I am very much aware of APOC being a break away product prequel, but even more so, it is a tool for testing core mechanics that directly translate to the future state of the MMORPG.

I have on both launchers (Intrepid also has its own) played for several hours and can say that evaluating the Battle royal mode it has some really solid combat in place. The learning curve is a bit high and I believe the BR could use a training grounds (perhaps as part of the queue lobby) where new players can familiarize themselves with controls and gameplay more. The recent addition of tooltips on load screen is a win!

Over all combat feels a bit like Warframe meets BDO. It's flashy, fun and challenging enough. With a few more systems added such as stats tracking in a form like a player scorecard, this BR has some real promise.

I am looking forward to seeing how Intrepid further exapnds this testing mode. I definitely recommend.

For a game that is a true hack n slash grind fest, it does have enjoyable quality. I do like that the Class and Career options pan out in the major scope that they do ... though I am not a fan of many of the "nerfs" and changes the team has made to key classes. The combat is easy to grasp, fun to master and still can at times be a challenge in sticky situations. My single dissapointment is the loot system which is overly grindy, minmally rewarding and for most average gamers, end game loot is just not acheivable. Overall a solid game with few downfalls.

This game has a very simple, grindy but fun style to it. I have greatly enjoyed many hours of hack n slash fun so far and looking forward to many more. The player driven mod system that is due soon will add a much needed flair to the game I feel. Overall a solid grind based hack n slash style game.
Biggest drwaback si the loot system and the devs failign to address class balancing in an appropriate fashion.

I want to like this game, I do ... That being said, the game is extremely pay to win and not at all denying it. The cash shop dominates the would be solid gameplay.

Now let us talk about support in the event that you have an issue arise. Rude. Hands down the team which I have engaged with are rude. Simple issues that are outlined in a list format are still difficult to obtain a resolution to. Cash shop purchases especially. Compared to other leading titles in the market, I would rate the support team at the very bottom tier based on experiences I have had.

Gameplay: Grindy but solid. Being locked into a single point of view is a bit disappointing and having an option to scroll out would greatly improve the experience. There is a large number of missions to play through but most feel redundantly the same. It really lacks depth. PvP is totally non-existant sadly.

Endgame: Is there one? Grinding the same old maps for hours on end where the waves of spawns become progressively more difficult. Not very exciting. The game has earned the nickname Fashionframe and rightfully so as cosmetic fashion seems to be the pinnacle of endgame content offered.

Overall: After nearly 500 hours or more played, despite efforts to enjoy myself, there are better options out there and I cannot recommend this title to prospective players.
