Rust is one of those games that has held a special place in my heart since I first played it.

I remember when I first played this game, hopped in with 4 friends, and we hopped into a server. We all fell in love. It's one of those games where you will face constant hostility, raids, people slaughtering you, gaining unreasonable amount of resources for guns and building, and lose it all in a constant cycle.

This game is amazing if you can get 3-5 people to hop on and really dedicate a week to grinding out a new wipe.

I can honestly say that some of my best video game memories have been made on rust, purely for the amazing feeling of fighting off raiders, doing some raiding yourself, and having a blast ♥♥♥♥ talking and screaming over the voice chat.

If you have friend willing to grind with you, enjoy survival and barebones games, and are willing to die a LOT: Rust will be one of the most fun games in your library.

I bought Dying Light on sale after not hearing much about it other than it was a zombie game with parkour. Played it through with a friend and we started and did our usual "Oh, let's play through this game with the goal to hate every character!" and had a good laugh. That was until we got a couple hours in and realized, "Hey... Crane is actually a really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ great and real character." We soon realized that the loot system was incredibly rewarding and always exciting with the mass array of zombie slashing and bashing weaponry.

We then dove into the game and fell in love with everything, spanning from the characters, to the parkour, the goofy moments, and the combat system. We began to find ourselves heavily invested in the story, and loving every moment. We sat up for literally hours straight every day playing this with breaks few and far between. Even the goofy bugs were absolutely hilarious and enjoyable, and never seemed to break or ruin the game.

I have never really had a co-op experience like this, and the only thing akin to it would be playing Halo: Reach way back when on Xbox.

If you enjoy dead island, parkour type games, open world games, games you can get lost in and love dearly, games you can play with friends and goof off, games you can sit back and not take too seriously; buy Dying Light. It has been years since we have played a game we have loved so much!

PS: Top tip, rush dropkick perk and the grappling hook to really get around and have some serious fun.

10/10 Gameplay
10/10 Co-op
10/10 Soundtrack
8/10 Story
9/10 Characters
and an overall 9/10 game

Definitely up there in my favorites with Dishonored, Super Mario Sunshine, and The Borderlands Franchise!

Okay, I love payday as a game. My hours don't reflex too well considering this is my alt, but between xbox, and all my accounts, I have about 3k hours into this amazing game.

My one problem: Hacking and modding.

It has gotten to the point where I can join a match and if I see someone who is XXV-100, they are 99.9% of the time hacking with a certain popular modding/hacking software. Please, just implement better anti-cheats, and this will be so much better. All Overkill has done is place "Cheater" in big, bold, and red letters above people's heads. That sounds great in theory, but when it comes to new players, that's a sign to stick with them since they level and gain money faster.

Please, just do literally anything to help the rampant spree of cheating in this otherwise amazing game.

Edit: Written right after they released the new Imfamy system. (I'm now well over 5k hours between playing console and the two different steam accounts I've used.)

I have now really taken a good look at the game and one thing is crystal clear. The game is dying. Until Starbreeze drops a Payday 3, this game will be kept on the proverbial life support in order to bring in money to try to fund the next iteration. That's honestly fine, except you shouldn't expect much from updates besides DLC behind a pay-wall with a couple guns and such and a heist.

For a player like me, who loves the game, I don't mind this. I have a job and can afford to drop $15 every couple of months to revitalize the game and play with new things for a couple weeks. But, if you don't, you'd probably not find it worth it tbh. It's unfortunate, but the truth.

The other issue is that, although there is speculation, there is practically nothing showing us progress on a new game. No trailer, no progress update, nothing of actual substance. This also stings more after hearing news of things like Starbreeze Studios going on a downward trend, and even being police raided at one point.

I love this game and will play it off and on, and see how far I can get in the new imfamy system, but I'd be lying if I said that I am currently just using it to fill the time until a Payday 3 comes to fruition.

If any of the Devs are reading: Please don't give up on my favorite game. Don't let my 5k hours into this game be completely wasted, please. Keep working and keep giving us content we enjoy.

I love this game, and think the gameplay is truly incredible, but there is a couple of major issues.

>The Game crashes, constantly. And when I say constantly, I mean it. It's random, and happens so you lose any mission progress in the story mode. Really inconvienient and suck if you really want to enjoy the game. It's really sucky when you are cruising around town and *BOOM*, Crash. Even if you have an amazing comp. And did I mention the devs have done ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ to fix it?

>The underhanded business ♥♥♥♥ with the sales on sharks cards and all that jazz.

Otherwise, the game is great. Good story, and multipler is fun. (Some hackers tho.)
