Have played Hero Siege off and on for a while now, and it has always been a fun game. Especially with friends. The HS 2.0 update that's being worked on is imo taking the game in a great direction and I can't wait to see what else the devs have in store for us!

Thoughts so far:
The art and graphics of the game are just the tip of the iceberg with this JARPG. The combat system is smooth and intuitive with easy to use controls and combo system. Not to mention the animations are top notch. Only 10hrs in I find myself heavily invested in to the protagonist's story and motives. The side quest are easy enough to handle while not feeling like much of a chore. Most seem to be fetch quest of sorts so far, but if you take the time to collect things and kill mobs on your way through, you'll generally have enough items to turn in the quest immediately. Figuring out how to unlock new skills and titles has been pretty fun. Finding all the secrets and collectibles has been a good time and doesn't feel like it's taking away from the actual game. I can see where the game may become a bit grindy just in terms of needing supplies or materials for crafting gear and cooking.

In conclusion, with only 10hrs in to the game, I can see myself wanting to spend 100hrs minimum in this game to collect all the secrets and cosmetics, and unlocking all the skills that are available to the characters. So far...10/10 would recommend buying even at full price, but if you find it on sale i'd say it is 100% worth the pick up!(edited)

Probably the best RPG/JRPG that has come out in 5+ years imo. Has the old school rpj/jrpg feel but with new age graphics. Absolutely love it!!
