I spent 4 hours building a gazebo and didn't even notice.

Mostly relaxing little game revolving around organizing & finding patterns in everyday things.

Another excellent RPG Maker game, and it's a remake! It started off a bit slow, at least to me, but once the plot really kicked off I couldn't put it down. The story isn't going to change your life, but there's enough there to draw you in and keep you; I especially loved the characters.

Side note, there is one puzzle toward the tail-end of the game that didn't get localized properly so I had to look for the solution as I can't read kanji, but not too bad. I'm pretty satisfied with the ending I got (shed a tear or two), but that pull to get something better is definitely there.

Angela Anaconda, anyone? No? Fran Bow does have dark themes and gruesome scenes. It's whimsical in its storytelling; very Alice in Wonderland. Bonus: CAT.

Beautiful watercolor art and soundtrack. Mostly story-driven, so expect simple gameplay such as upfront puzzles and collectible gathering. Nostalgic.

Almost a decade ago, I was introduced to this game by a boyfriend and was instantly hooked. It's still installed on my 'ol faithful laptop and it will remain there as a reminder of good times. Every so often I would get the urge to go back and play again. I don't know why I took this long. It's easily one of the best games ever, now made better.

Great start for players new to roguelikes. Fun gameplay, cute art-style, but I would wait until more bugs/glitches are fixed as they can ruin your experience.
