I have developed arthritis

the game is good, it is expensive, and there are some issues like inaccuracies in africa, useless tooltips, and bugs n exploits that need work. the war system was changed majorly from its predecessor victoria 2, a change that tends to be unpopular because it kinda automates the war process, but I personally like the system, it lets just focus a lot more on the economy and politics, which are much more complex now than in victoria 2.

overall it was a positive experience, but if you are not in a hurry then I recommend waiting for a sale or until they put a bit more work into it.

pretty solid game, by far the best 3D fallout game imo, do highly recommend it :)
