It is obvious that this game took inspiration from a few similar games on the market, I do however think, that some things are setting it apart from those:
The audio design is great. It is atmospheric and you are not confronted with the generic "static noise" you find in a lot of indie horror games. The audio felt haunting and very dimensional. Sometimes it gives you a sense of urgency and danger while in other situations it makes you look behind yourself to make sure you aren't being followed.
The level design is giving me a lot more game play and "learning exercise" than similar games did previously.
Lastly I want to point out, that this game offers arguably more "quality" and variety for a smaller price tag compared to the other games in the sub-genre.
It offers a lot of replay-value and I will definitely re-visit.

Really interesting game! I love the concept being very different to what we usually see. The game can be quite challenging and I enjoy this a lot. The soundtrack also is simple but fitting perfectly. Well done!

Pentiment was.. something of it's own kind. I personally absolutely LOVED this game. It is so pretty and as a German you notice so many hidden things, it was great! The only thing I find a bit annoying is that in chapter 3 the first 1-2 hours feel like they are just telling you everything you already know again. That lost me a bit, but gladly it picked up again after that!
I highly recommend the game, It had a lasting impact and a lot of design choices were picked in a very smart way here!
10/10 for me.

The new levels of this game were absolutely poorly designed. It lost everything the first levels had. The puzzles were uninspired turn levers as fast as you can as a puzzle? Really? and it was just a game of "find out where might be the loading screen once all 4 people are standing there. Sadly, this game really now isn't something I would recommend anymore. The level design really is uninspired and the visuals are not redeeming that factor.

This game was a lot of fun with friends! The new update fixed a lot of problems with the already existing levels (but party is a bit too easy now imo) and the new levels are really fun. I feel like the Clown-Level could have used a bit more love and gameplay as it has huge potential which was wasted. Besides that: great effort! Looking forward to the next update.

I really liked this game. It was lots of fun trying to figure out where the changes happen and simultaneously find out more about the story. Hard mode feels a bit frustrating sadly, because the brute force puzzle just takes too long here. Besides this I can really recommend this game!

I really enjoyed the gameplay of this!
It is easy to understand, easy to play and still very entertaining.

Dinkum is a good game for anyone looking for an "Animal Crossing Like" game with a bit more to offer!
I enjoyed it.

This was so fun!
Especially the combat system was just so refreshing and something outstanding that I highly recommend it alone for this!
But then you add the story on top and you get a game which truly deserves its overwhelmingly positive reviews.

I really enjoyed The Devil's Daughter! It improved on some things which Crimes and Punishment did well, but not great and it also added some new gameplay features which I personally found refreshing. I think it can easily call itself a worthy entry to the Sherlock Holmes series!

Sadly this game fell a bit flat for me. It was not as immersive as I wished it to be and I did not feel drawn to finishing it.
