I played this game for 4 hours today. First I had a 10 minute queue boss, but that's to be expected with influx. Then I got to play the game and I feel like the game is a good version of looting and shooting. It sets up team fights around one objective at a time while setting up time to loot and setup for the fight. Then after the initial team fight there's a siege component that sets up a different type of game mode where it's more attack and defend versus open world fight. Personally, having the two different types of game modes plays well and after a few rounds the matches seemed really balanced. I think if you enjoyed Apex but didn't like all the third party fights, you'll really enjoy this game. The maps are big but not too big with the mounts that are given. Listen to the tutorial, and play with your teammates, and you'll have a good time. Hope this helps!
