Don't let the bad release change your opinion on the game. Yes they should have had a much smoother launch considering how long the beta was but the game overall is fantastic. If you like ARPG's you'll definitely enjoy this. Maybe consider only buying when the issues are fixed if you're looking at the reviews now.
