At one point, I entered a suspicious looking house. At first, I believed it was glitched with how some portions of the house were beneath earth, but I paid no mind and continued exploring. Immediately after, I was greeted with three arms protruding from the ground, each holding a glowing orb in their palms. Of course, my immediate impulse was to shoot it. and by shooting it, I triggered a cut scene...
The fu#*ing house grew legs and began walking around while I was inside of it. The orbs scattered around and hid themselves inside objects within the house. after finding and shooting the objects, the house finally returned to normal.
I don't think I've played a single free-to-play, open-world, survival, game that had such ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy random encounters.
This is easily one of the best games I've played this year.
Also it is such a blessing to just walk around the map and see other player's houses. The map looks very alive and lived in.

As much as I enjoy the gunplay and the core gameplay loop. I can not recommend this game for the life of me.
In simple terms, there is a lot of potential here.
- The environments are gorgeous.
- The animations are really well done.
- The bossfights look very very cool (Stunning Beauty)
- The guns feel good and somewhat diverse.
But sadly, that's where all the good ends.
Although the environments are beautiful, they are not optimized. My setup is stronger than the recommended specs on the game's steam page yet I have to adjust most graphical settings to low to get a stable 60fps and this issue is all the more saturated in the main hub. I barely manage 40fps there.
That wouldn't be a deal breaker for me, if it was the only issue.
This game is simply too greedy. All means of upgrade, regardless of weapons or descendants, it'll be an agonizing grind to do it for free. They've done literally all they can to push you to spend money. That even shows in their battlepass, which wastes the experience you earn by only rewarding you once every 3~4 levels without the premium purchase.
There is very little customization offered for free in the game (if at all).
The first descendant has clearly taken quite the inspiration from warframe but knowing that most of their player base are already spoiled with the extensive customization warframe offers, and yet they still decided to charge for each paint job individually and lock everything behind an ingame currency which to my knowledge is impossible to earn in-game.
all-in-all, there is a looooot of potential here. Despite the issues, I still enjoyed the few hours I spent mowing down enemies.
I wish the publisher understands this simple point. The community will sit through the jank. we will wait for updates no matter how long it takes. What we won't tolerate and stay for is unreasonable greed. I've played for 17 hours and I can count on one hand how many rare items and guns I got.
There is hope for this game to shine if the drop tables are adjusted. The bugs, addressed. And the greed, a little more adjusted so you don't feel like you're wasting your time every time you boot up the game.

I made a challenge for myself to try and beat the game on hardcore mode in an expert world, before even beating the game in normal difficulty.
And well, It is safe to say that I hate myself and everything else to such an astronomical degree that even I fail to comprehend how much rage I currently contain.
Why did I do this to myself? Why not just lower the difficulty? THAT'S WHAT A WEAK WILLED CASUAL IDIOT WOULD SAY!
Sure, my wife left and took the kids with her because I yelled so much, but now I remember I was never married, nor do I have my own house...
But regardless, I WILL GET THE DOPAMINE WHICH ACHIEVING THIS SISYPHEAN TASK WILL GRANT ME.
I'm 100% sure it's gonna be worth it...

The first time I played this game, I was barely 6 years old. I would get stuck on every mission and ask my brother to come pass them for me. I never got to finish it of course, I had no idea what the hell was happen either (since I didn't speak english).
But now, after 14 years. playing through this game, recalling all those moments I spent malding over the armored blue bastards blocking my hits and sweeping me off my feet. Gosh it feels good to mow through them all, and finally, after all these years, beat the game for good.
Words can't describe how happy I am.

If so, then i'm sorry to say this, but you won't drive the pleasure 99% of people playing this game will.
You'll just enjoy the amazing gameplay and mechanics like a stupid normal person with a life...
(No giggles though, how the hell is this game free? Hololive fans are truly a special breed.)

This game looks like what coke smells.
If you can't afford drugs. just don't rest for a while and play this game at fullscreen with max volume while sleep deprived.
It'll have uhhh, "similar" effect.

The game is rather good! though i can't play much of it due to my computer barely managing to outclass an unplugged toaster.
Though it is rather addicting from the little time i spent with it. I can see myself sinking hundreds of hours into this game.
