It’s a lot worse than I remember. This was one of my most anticipated sequels and it ended up being such a downgrade from the original in every way. I also recently replayed Deus Ex and it held up flawlessly. Still one of the greatest games of all time. However, replaying Invisible War right after just bums me out. Maybe one day we will get a proper sequal to this classic series.

Skipped Andromeda when it originally came out due to all the bad press and reviews. Years later I finally completed it. Even tho it falls short of being as good as the original, it established a great foundation for the future. Honestly it was good, go play it. 8/10 Can't wait for the next Mass Effect!

Thought I would load the game up and play for 1 hour, legend says I'm spaghetti...

The trilogy is incredible, one of the best Space Operas ever made.

My only complaint is the ending. With all the DLC's and the extended cut its fine but it should have been legendary. It’s just too short and low quality compared to the rest of the game. However, replaying the trilogy b2b2b with all the DLC and upgrades really does improve the experience. I originally hated Mass Effect 3 when it first came out but replaying it in 2024, I can confidently say it’s amazing. The additions of all the DLC and extended cut really bring everything together. Just wish that the ending was more than fine.

Narrative, Gameplay, I don't think there is one thing I can say is bad, everything is great. So many developers drop the ball when it comes to endings yet CDPR time and time again hits the mark with epic thought out endings that are not just a few minutes of brain dead nonsense. I can't express how happy it makes me feel that there are devs still doing narrative's like this.

Ambitious game that unfortunately falls flat, due to dull dialog, boring quests and brutal UI design. What sucks is the game has so much potential but self owns itself. Great philosophical concepts that are diluted by hours and days of pointless boring content. To much content is locked deep into a skill tree like Outposts and Ship building. Not to mention the absolutely brain dead idea of removing everything once you finish the main quest for story continuity. I get it, I get why they did it however this concept is fighting with what the game leans on having you do, explore loot and become more powerful. Its such a shame. Hopefully the game improves with further updates.

The only thing I really like about BGS titles is there is mostly no level scaling. Something I wish more RPG's did, If you want to try and go to a high level area and grind your way to victory for some dope loot you should be able to do it.

As it stands now its a dull, diluted mess. Wait for a major sale if you are still curious and if you don't like BSG style story telling (which it barely is) you will hate the face forward emotionless character dialog. Which you will do for days.

I really wanted to like this game, maybe it was my expectation of it being more like Mass Effect with more space exploration but in reality there is really nothing here. It could have been a great space exploration game with amazing quests, things to discover, sentiments to build and a mystery to solve.
