This is a honest review after finishing all the campaign..
I must said this is the most incomplete and full of mess racing game that I've ever played.
It's like they ported directly from mobile. Quick cash grab if you ask me..

Game Progression:
The game? It is frustrating never fun where the AI mess you up big time and so OP where you car class stat doesn't even matter, the AI is the worst ever I have played tons of racing games!
Why?

1) AI Racer are like "Shingo" ( for those who does watch Initial - D ) was brutal and mess up.. Their car heavy like bricked yet can fully brake and taking apex corner like its glue on the floor all of sudden get a major boost when their car fall behind ( Rubberband AI )... Wait until you meet a Takumi from (C2 Western Siera Campaign) & EVO VI ( C6 Black Lotus Campaign )... Overpowered AF..

2) The campaign was not worth it at all!! Additional with the AI and the reward... Not worth it!! bad game progression design... a grindfest. The Time Trial are some of the most tryhard pithole where the top player are using trainer and CE for time advantage. (No Joke )

3) Multiplayer is dead without player .... simple... I don't get it why no traffic when online... feel like wasteland..

4) Physics wasn't so bad but still prefer C2 level for touge / C6 become too arcady. ( If you progress farther ingame as you car tuned up proper )

5) Customization is a boring... recycled from CarX but far worse... no innovation whatsoever..

6) The only good thing is the World Map..... that's all..

7) No transparency about the update and the community... void none..

( My review will change as soon the game getting better in the future... Otherwise, its a wack racing game... )

Pros:
Car: 7/10 [ Recycled car from NFS Heat with some new additional car]
Customization: 6/10 [Added features include remove bumpers, too much turbofans wheels. Most of bodykit are recycled but have some new kit [Legendary Custom] which some part are good and some are ♥♥♥♥ ( Ridiculous / Absurd design ). But I can see they do listen to what the community want in the past game ( Project Unity ) )]
Multiplayer: 7/10 ( Vast improvement in terms of multiplayer content so far [ Linkup/Drift/Drag Race ] )

Physics: 7/10 (Need for grip and nitro boost... The drift physic already decent enough [Drift Pro Tyre] )
Soundtrack: 4/10 ( Most of it are wack except (SCH / KALUSH) )
Content: 6/10 (Late update while other franchise already a way ahead. Took month only reinstall the game when update up.)

Repetitive game. Obviously only buy if discounted. Multiplayer is the only way to play this game. Should take the NFS 2015 as an example instead of NFS Heat.

This is my first Forza Horizon that I have played on PC since the previous title is kinda meh..

Pros:
Content: 8/10 [ Obviously its Forza, tons of ingame event, seasonal, pvp ,single player content and future update to come.]
Car: 8/10 [ Great sound design / variety of car type]
Physic/Handling: 8/10 [ The Simcade handling is quite decent and challenging. The drifting mechanic is fun and obviously Manual transmission is the way to go (Using automatic is waaaaaaay to easy and only suitable for newbie.)]

Customization: 5/10 [The amount of car makes the customization features being less focused on (Licensing Issue maybe)]
World: 3/10 [ Not a fan of the map (Large and vast open world doesn't mean it is a good thing... too empty.) ]
Drivatar: 5/10 [ Rubber Banding is real when it comes to difficulty / Auto steering mode is kinda dumb and exploitable]
Bug/Exploit: 4/10 [ Tons of exploitation rather than bugs quite kill the progression for fun grinding]

Obviously it is still on early launch and I will said there is ton of improvement when it comes to previous version (Forza Horizon 4).It is still enjoyable racing game for the recent title but I wouldn't say it is become one of the best racing game this year [NFS franchise kinda in a nutshell state game to be honest] .

If you like Elder Scroll Franchise with WoW twist. Yes.
Pros:
Immersion[Epic Lore,World Building,Stories] :Big fan of ES series since Oblivion.
Tons Of Content [Crafting,Fishing,Undaunted...,Costumes/Motifs,War.]
Fair enough DLC expansion.
Cons:
Glitchy Dungeon
No Asia Server [Pretty understandable since our region notoriously have a lot of player who love using hack in almost everything]

OVERALL: 10/10
This game has the most accurate car culture references to dates even triple AAA Racing game failed. Never get tired with this game always come back [Assetto Corsa good as well if got steering wheel ].

Reason?
Pros:
- Drift Physic is superb and fun [addicting]
- Various of tasteful JDM Car that hardly release in any current game.
- Tons of customization and decal [ Got an RX7 Kit (R-MAGIC) when NFS don't have one... ]
- Make sure install Kino Mods [ Custom map/plate/Enhance graphic ] and your game is up to next level.
- Game file size when installed is wayy too good.

Cons:
- Add more map [Urban Area/etc]
- Livery System [ Clipping Issue on bodypart /Make spoiler can put decals. ]
- Open world? [RIP Car X Street PC ]

Overall:8/10
Perfect masterpiece of monster hunter franchise however they decide to move on to next game which kinda dumbass.

Add some boss drop equipment and it will be great game.

When reaching Gold Nova ++. be prepared for Waller and hacker.. And yet they still manage to exploit competitive ranked game.. Somehow bypass the VAC which I felt really dispointed. Hopefully the Valve can perma banned them from the game.
