Bought during a sale, and man, am I glad I did. Worth every penny.
Seriously, if you've thought about making an rpg style game, I highly recommend this.

I'm a newbie to making games myself, and the first I've tried is with this. It's honestly so damn easy to use once you get the hang of things, which doesn't take long. The hardest thing I've come across so far is the tile sets, but thats because I was too dumb to realize that tile set A goes in the A slot, and B in the B slot and so on (even though they were all labelled..).

Another great thing I like is that you can create your own icons for characters and import them, so you're not just stuck with the anime-esque ones that come with the program. I bought a bunch of DLC which was also on the sale. Really loving the DS+ one. Really nice style to them pixels.

Still working on my first game, but now that I've got a handle on how the tile sets work, I'm getting through it faster. Third time trying because the first two maps I made when I got this, I messed up because I didn't know how they worked (who'da thunk the tiles would change when you change the tile set you're using, huh?). But guys, really, this is so easy. If I can do this, you can do this.

It's also slightly addictive, considering I was up til after 6am using it without realizing... But then again, my clock battery died.

Reminds me a lot of a game from my childhood, which I THINK was Micro-Machines for the Playstation. Controlling a toy car around house-based environments and the sort (eg. kids rooms with a course set of toys). It's a lot of fun. Brings back memories of the game I mentioned. I look forward to playing this a lot more.

Being a fan of the THPS series for Playstation as a kid growing up a good 14 years ago, I can't even express how excited I was to see this being released. It's bringing back so many memories. Once I finish this here, I'll probably dog out my old PS1 disk and give it a go again. It's been about 3 years now since I last played THPS2.

- GREAT improvement in maps graphics and details. Changes from Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 have been made, so I noticed in the Hanger level (so far I'm only at lv2), that the hidden room with the helicopter isn't there (at least, not that I've found yet. Still trying to get used to playing this on laptop and not with a controller... wallrides are tricky for me on here).

- Different skaters to play as, new and old. Including Hawk's son, Riley.

- Classic game modes. Collect S-K-A-T-E etc.

- Selected music from THPS2 with some new additions. The soundtrack is just overall fantastic.

Recommended to any fan of the series.

Great game, something you make your own with. You choose how your relationships with other survivors develop. Do you play the good guy? Bad guy? The neutral? Heck, you can just be silent if you want.

Loved everything about this.

The animation style fits in great with the atmosphere of the comic book series. And the return of Glenn in the game was cool too.

Definatly should get this game if it's crossed your mind!

Great music game, love that you can use your own music and mess around with the visual appearance. Hours of fun. :)

Fun, but hackers, tryhards and other stuff kinda ruined it.
