THE TARR WORLD WAR 3 HAPPENED THE ONLY SLIME I HAVE LEFT IS MY FIRE SLIME

It's been said that this is Pokemon with guns, but it's honestly more like Ark with aspects of Pokemon. It's a well-rounded experience and harkens back to a time when games were fun for the sake of fun. Is it perfect? Absolutely not. But it's more complete than most AAA titles, and at half the price.

Had originally played it on gamepass, prior to NPCs being added. Honestly I didn't enjoy it at the time. Been playing in this last week and it's simply fantastic. It's essentially, in it's current state, fallout 4 with multiplayer. There's enough to do, and a strong enough (and kind enough) community to do it all. Well worth the money.

Let's be honest, a lot of people were, for some reason, expecting No Man's Sky+ or a Star Citizen killer. But what this is is a Bethesda game in space. There are a lot of unique mechanics that set it apart from other games in the genre and within the Bethesda catalog. There are parts where there is a lot of down time without any combat, at other points there is combat almost non-stop. There are numerous ways to tackle situations in most scenarios, and it's really the classic "Build Your Own Adventure" type of game we've come to expect from Bethesda. If you enjoy the Elder Scrolls and Fallout franchises for their gameplay, you'll most likely enjoy this. Are there issues? Absolutely. But have any of those issues reduced the enjoyment of the game? Absolutely Not. Solid 83/100

Let me preface this by saying that I've been playing Armored Core for my entire life. Loved the franchise dearly. One through three, (and all the ones between) were slower games that punished improper resource management, four was fast paced and aggressive, while five was much slower paced and on a smaller scale. But this one? This one feels like classic Armored Core, but with a dash of souls-level boss difficulties. It's challenging and refreshing, while also paying respect to the original formula of the franchise.

I know mech games aren't for everyone, but this isn't a game you should pass on. It's exhilarating and rewarding in all the best ways.

Hunt isn't an easy game, 43% of players have never killed another player. That being said, when you win, the feeling is irreplaceable. Will this game frustrate you? Probably. But I can't recommend it enough.

So, I've been playing no man's sky for a long time. The game is solid, gameplay loop is fun, and there's a lot of relatively unique ships and planets to explore. Despite the large amount of content in the game, there are times where it feels immensely empty. I believe this is due to a lack of weight that the societies have in terms of the systems and planets they inhabit. Will you have fun with this game? Absolutely. But will it stay fun forever? Maybe not. That being said, we get major content updates every 3-6mo, which add enough new concepts to make the game easy to return to.

Honestly where do I begin? This game is excellent. It plays a unique spin on the turn based strategy genre. The combat feels rewarding, the timeline system feels intuitive once you grasp what you're dealing with, and the story isn't nearly as cheesy as 99% of the other mech games out there. All in all, I'd definitely recommend it.
