If you drop an item you are holding that is essential, (like your wallet) it returns to the car. This can easily lead to a wasted 30 minutes in the game. Not recommended.

The blatant cheating in this game has gotten out of hand. Do not buy until they have publically acknowledged that the cheating has been stopped.
