Shin Megami Tensei Vengeance is still a flawed game but one that I can at least say is great and didn’t leave me nearly as disappointed as the original game did. I feel like they did the best they could to fix the glaring issues in the game (aside from dungeons) without completely changing it. And that if they take what they learnt from SMT VV and apply it to the next mainline game, then we could see an all-timer.
