Pretty good and challenging puzzels so far. The character you play as reminds me of a yellow Cool Spot, so I think that should explain to you why I think this game is very good.

I wasn't as turned away from this game as I was from Shadows: Price for Our Sins. If you have 20 dollars and your Steam account becomes glitched so for some reason you can only buy this and Shadows, buy this game and then buy it again as a gift.

I bought this in the Sinister Stories bundle, as I have said in every review I've given for games from the bundle, and this is good. Excluding the weird Castle game, this is probably where the games start to go down in quality, but not so far as to actually be bad, not yet at least. You don't need to have played the first game to understand this game's story but I would still recommend playing the first game before this. This is a nice, challenging, hidden object game that is worth your time. Just not so much as the first game, Alex Hunter, Brink of Conciousness and Pilgrim's Hook.

Just never buy Shadows: Price for Our Sins. Ever. Buy the weird Castle game before buying that.

It's good, it's better than Shadow: Price of Our Sins but not as good as Brink of Conciousness. I got it in the Sinister Stories bundle so I'm going to compare it to the others, it's better than its sequel but that's a good game too. Puzzles are good, story is a little above the average for the bundle, you should buy this one if you have Alex Hunter or Brink of Conciousness.

Got this in the Sinister Stories bundle so I feel compelled to judge it in comparison to the rest of the games I got in it, and in that regard, this game is pretty awesome. The puzzles are challenging without having too difficult a solution, the hidden object sections are nice, the music is pretty great and the story is as good as it needs to be. If you want to just buy a single game that is in the bundle, don't be fooled by the lower price-tag than the rest of the games, it's worth your time and then some.

It's okay. I got in the Sinister Stories bundle so I feel compelled to judge it in comparison to the rest of the series, and in that regard, you could do better and worse. It's far from the best in the bundle but isn't bad like Shadows: Price for Our Sins. If you can only buy one game in the bundle, you should probably go for Alex Hunter or Brink of Conciousness, but if this is on sale and you have the both of them and want a game with a few good puzzles, you could do worse.

I bought this game in the Sinister Stories bundle it comes in, and while the bundle is defininetly worth the price, I thought Alex Hunter and Brink of Conciousness were the only two worth buying on their own. I played the games in order of listing in the bundle, and the games seemed to get less impressive as they went on (though the House of 1000 Doors games are both better than the weird Castle game). It got to the point where I just stopped playing them when I got to Price for Our Sins, and didn't even bother playing this game.

I made a huge mistake. I randomly decided to try this game out because I was bored, and found it was just as good, if not better, than every other game of the bundle. The puzzles are challenging, the story is very good, and it honestly scared the crap out of me.

tl:dr version: If you love point & click games and can only get one from this bundle, buy this one and stay as far away as you can from Shadows: Price for Our Sins.

I bought this game in the Stories bundle it comes in, and this is far and above my favorite of the pack. It's basically you going through steampunk-Jigsaw Killer's house to try your girlfriend, short and sweet. The puzzles are the perfect mix of being difficult and being possible to get some good enjoyment out of it.

It gave me the option to "Flip the Bird" at a guy.
Then told me to pick a bird ally to attack him.
5 Stars.
