I've been playing War Thunder pretty much since day 1.
During the last 8 years this game changed a lot. It had its ups and downs and same as any other game out there - it isn't flawless.War Thunder is crafted and shaped by game developers who know how to listen to feedback. There are still a lot of things that could and should be done better in my opinion and there are many other players with many different opinions but what I learned about WT during these past 8 years is that eventually things will improve. They always do in WT and for better. All it takes is patience.

List of vehicles you can drive/fly/sail is literally endless. Game is free to play and there is nothing forcing you to invest any money into it but a nice reward/unlock boost if you decide to support it.War Thunder is free to play game but unlike many other F2P games out there I feel pretty confident to say that WT is still far from anything that could be considered "Pay-to-Win"

Game by game - rank by rank you will learn and improve your skill but it takes some patience. You should know that if you decide to join a game which has been out there for the last 8 years - you won't be on top from day 1.

I would highly recommend War Thunder to anyone who likes WW2/post war / cold war and modern  military vehicles, aircraft, helicopters, battleships and more.
I would definitely not recommend this game to those who want to shine as MVP all the time.If you want to join War Thunder you should remember 1 thing - you will lose. A lot. If defeat is something that you can't handle well then perhaps you should try some other game.

Potential busted by greed !
Never in my life I seen such greed in free to "pay" game. How can they be so daring with new title asking for tremendous amount of money is beyond me. It lacks logic. No wonder this game cant gather proper fan base. 9000 players at the peak in last couple of months. You can either pay a lot of money (silly thing to even think about given how few players are playing this game ) or spend some eternity with unlocking stuff. Very bad idea for a new title.
APB: Reloaded had the same issues and thats why it is where it is now - DEAD !

Early Access Review
Started with RUST 3 years ago. This game was a lot of fun to me back then. When it was ugly, glitchy and with very few things, weapons, items and radtowns. Playing game for 3 years and watching it growing strong each week with updates, fixes and new content is something very rare these days. It was lot of fun 3 years ago. And its even more fun today. Map keeps its standard with snowy and rough north, forests in the middle section and dry desert in south and it is never the same map as it is changing after each reset. After all those updates and tweaks this game looks amazing, feels amazing and it is source of endless entertainment. It is highly addictive and time consuming but I still highly recommend this game.
