Great game for fans of the Hitman series (excluding the trainwreck that was Absolution). If you're looking to satisfy your nostalgia by experiencing a next gen version of the Hitman 2 level "invitiation to a party", then you will definitely enjoy the first episode

No crashes or long loading times in my experience, the games runs pretty smoothly as well.

Yes it's episodic, but this isn't really a problem IMO given the the huge variety of options at your disposal. I've played around 6/7 hours or so and think I've still got plenty of approaches to try.

Overall, I've enjoyed every minute of it so far. If the upcoming episodes show the same level of variation and depth, it will be the best title in the franchise to date, without a doubt.

Recommended for fans of the previous Hitman titles... Except Absolution... Absolution can f**k off.
