I have spent many hours figuring out, learning, and exploring this game. To start off, the basic gist when I describe this game is "minecraft with guns", however the game for the graphics it has is extremely detailed. This is survival on steroids and its constantly being updated and changed. To start off with, initially your biggest problem is zombies. Supplies will be somewhat hard to come by at the start, as you manage to find food, water, and perhaps some weapons for zombies. As you get further into it and start building a base and/or collecting ammo and cars, you will quickly find your biggest enemy is other players.

The one thing about this game is, you can spend HOURS building, and upgrading. Only to have literally every inch of your work taken away within minutes. However on the flip side, you can take away from others and very quickly build back up. Inevitably there is no "end game", multiplayer aspects. The game will continue on regardless of your choices. It is a ton of fun, and easy to get involved in, I would recommend playing with friends or a group.

This game is an absolute must! For literally any type of gamer out there!
The game breaks the fourth wall, with a narrator giving you instructions periodically that you can choose to follow or ignore. This type of playstyle completely immerses you in the game as you can choose to defy the game itself or follow it's request.

Pros: The game has roughly 9 endings
-Many easter eggs that are actually quite humerous and worth finding
-Extremely funny game that literally allows you to temporarily explore other hit titles with a humerous twist!
-Could probably run on a potatoe! "that was a joke obviously" but will run on pretty much any machine!


cons: Honestly the only con is that there needs to be even more endings! The humour in this game along with the easy to follow learning curve makes this game insanely fun, and personally I would like to have more of this game to explore.

Overall: This game is hilarously funny, charming, and satisfying. Even the achievements have twists that will make you chuckle if not straight up laugh. The game is so good I showed it to allot of my close friends, and watched as they played the game even though I had already completed every ending in the game "some of them multiple times".

This game is one of which I would certainly reccomend to anyone of my friends, in fact it is one that I already have.

Pros: There is a super easy learning curve for new gamers
The graphics and asethetics are very pleasing to the eye
You have create games that only take a few hours, or a game that takes a few days
Sound is superb. The music and little dings of accomplishments are extremely gratifying.
Tons of mods available to boost gameplay, although if you have the complete edition or even just a few pieces of dlc there is easily over 200+ hours of gameplay and many many more hours, of replayability due to the sheer amount of leaders, strategies, map sizes, and ways to win in this game.

Cons: if you honestly do not have time to play games, then this may not be for you, although you can save and dive back in at a later date, if you are anything like I am you like to invest hours into a game at single sittings, and not have to wait a few weeks to reach whichever point you desire.
The game is also easily addicting, I have found myself waking up in the morning wanting to come play this game straight away with friends rather than do day to day activities, on a few occasians even blowing friends off.

Overall Civ 5, is intricate, complex, and simple. The game is very gratifying very quickly, and forces you to use your mind in even basic decisions. While also in some minor ways teaching you political aspects I believe many do not understand today. Computers with direct x 9 or higher can play, meaning it is pretty machine friendly, easy to pick up and put down and come back to pick up again. And due to the graphics, and sheer amount of possibilities, I see this as a game that ages extremely well, even if multiplayer dies "which currently is very alive and vibrant." The hours of joy you can gain from the massive posibilities of single player will carry this game into the future for many years to come.
